Refund Policy

Because all Crank Skateboards are printed and produced to order, we follow a limited return policy aligned with our production process.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for broken or cracked decks due to normal use, as skateboards are intended to wear with regular riding. However, if you receive a deck that has been printed incorrectly or arrives with production defects, we are happy to make it right.

Eligible Returns

We will replace (or refund, at our discretion) any item that meets all of the following conditions:

  • The deck was printed incorrectly and does not match your original design proof.

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The board remains unused, unskated, and in its original shrink-wrap.

  • No grip tape, hardware, or accessories have been applied or installed.

Return Process

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at CrankSkate@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the deck (while still in shrink-wrap and original packaging, if applicable). Once approved, we will process your replacement or refund promptly.

Shipping Costs

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product so we can file a claim and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, you will need to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
