Thank you for choosing Crank Skate! We’re committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable shipping experience so you can receive your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, production begins immediately. All Crank Skateboards are custom printed to order, typically taking 2–5 business days to manufacture before shipping. During peak times, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to minimize any delays.

Shipping Times and Rates

Shipping times depend on your destination and chosen shipping method:

  • (USA & Canada):
    Standard: 2–5 business days after production.

  • International Shipping:
    Standard: 7–21 business days depending on location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen disruptions. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your purchase price. Please check with your country’s customs office for potential charges prior to placing your order.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made. Crank Skate is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first to initiate an investigation. While Crank Skate is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim if necessary.

For packages not delivered within 30 days of shipment, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
